CDR Roles
The following groups contain the roles for use with the CDR functionality:
The ebs: central CDR group contains the roles for carrying out the CDR return.
The relevant roles in the ebs: central CDR group are described in the following table.

| CDR Administrator | Have full access to the CDR process functionality. |
| CDR Processing User | Carry out the CDR process on the CDR Processing screen, and view the CDR Process Tracking screen. |
| CDR Schedule Creator |
Create CDR schedules and access the CDR Schedules screen. The CDR Processing User role is also required in order to use this role. |
The ebs: central Validation group contains the roles for managing CDR validation rulesets.
The relevant roles in the ebs: central Validation group are described in the following table.

| Full Validation (in the ebs: central Validation group) | Edit local rulesets in Validation Manager. |
| Validation Superuser (in the ebs: central Validation group) | Edit local rulesets in Validation Manager, and to activate or deactivate statutory rulesets. |
| View Validation (in the ebs: central Validation group) | View Validation Manager in read-only mode. |
